    Hyderabad (Telangana) [India], August 24: Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Limited (BSE: 539607 | NSE: BLUECLOUDS) (“Blue Cloud” or the “Company”), an AI-first technology company, today announced that it has commenced the delivery of services under its Master Services Agreement (“MSA”) with SpaceX International Ltd, MY, with execution under Statement of Work No. 1 beginning 24 August 2026. Statement of Work No. 1 has an aggregate contract value of USD 150 million and covers AI Infrastructure (USD 70 million), Cybersecurity (USD 25 million), Telecommunications (USD 25 million) and Data Centre Solutions (USD 30 million). Delivery and billing are expected to commence from the current quarter in accordance with the agreed execution schedule.

    The engagement will be executed through Blue Cloud’s US operations, drawing on the group’s delivery capabilities across artificial intelligence platforms, cyber defense, telecom engineering, and data centre build-out and operations.

    Commenting on the commencement, Mr. Bhaskar Nallamilli, CEO of Blue Cloud USA, said: “Moving from signature to execution on schedule reflects the strength of our delivery organisation.
